Cancellation policy
This cancellation policy applies between the customer and Vanquish Eco Limited – Trading As Dynamic Solar PV.
This cancellation policy should be read alongside, and in addition to, our Terms and Conditions, which can be found on all quotes, invoices and further terms and conditions at: https://dynamicsolarpv.co.uk/terms-and-conditions.
1 The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges)
1.1 All orders are subject to a 14 days cooling off period. In which time the customer has the right to cancel the order in full with a full refund of any deposits payed to date. The cooling off period starts from the date the order is placed, all orders to be placed in writing and/or acceptance of the contract through payment of deposit. An email in this case is deemed as “in writing”.
1.2 After the 14 days cooling off period, a 20% cancellation fee of the total order value will be payable to “Vanquish Eco Limited – Trading As Dynamic Solar PV”. In most cases this will be deducted from the deposit refund. This has been deemed as a fair and reasonable cost to cover loss of earnings suffered by “Vanquish Eco Limited – Trading As Dynamic Solar PV”.
- Refunded deposits to be repaid within 10 working days.
1.3 If the contract is cancelled within 14 days of the commencement date of the work, a 50% cancellation fee of the total order value will be made payable to “Vanquish Eco Limited – Trading As Dynamic Solar PV”. In most cases this will be deducted from the deposit. This has been deemed as a fair and reasonable cost to cover loss of earnings suffered by “Vanquish Eco Limited – Trading As Dynamic Solar PV”.
1.4 All cancellations must be made in writing. An email in this case is deemed as “in writing”.
2. Custom Orders
2.1 After the 14 days cooling off period, if the customer chooses to cancel the order a 50% cancellation fee of the total order value will be made payable to “Vanquish Eco Limited – Trading As Dynamic Solar PV”. In most cases this will be deducted from the deposit. This has been deemed as a fair and reasonable cost to cover loss of earnings suffered by “Vanquish Eco Limited – Trading As Dynamic Solar PV”.
3. Law and Jurisdiction
3.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
3.2 Any dispute between the Parties relating to this Agreement shall fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
